- Carry out effective sales and marketing plans set in line with the Company's business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profit targets
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Identify and meet new prospects, prepare of all requisite bids, quotation proposals and submission to secure projects
- Responsible for project proposal including design, application, costing and ensuring timely submission of proposal to meet project requirements and to customer satisfaction
- Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales, preferable in Plastic Packaging Industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing business issues and supply chain
- Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
- Good report and presentation skills.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation at short notice.
- Good team player with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Sales Allowance – RM750
- Telephone bill – based on bill amount
- Purchase of mobile phone – RM500 allowance 3years once
- Note book provided
- Quarterly sales bonus – determine by overall Company & individual performance (KPI)
- Travelling claim i.e. toll, parking, meals & mileage if out of Melaka (?km x RM0.45)
- Others – medical, dental, hospitalization insurance, uniform
