Job Details


  • Carry out effective sales and marketing plans set in line with the Company's business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profit targets
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Identify and meet new prospects, prepare of all requisite bids, quotation proposals and submission to secure projects
  • Responsible for project proposal including design, application, costing and ensuring timely submission of proposal to meet project requirements and to customer satisfaction


  • Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales, preferable in Plastic Packaging Industry
  • Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing business issues and supply chain
  • Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
  • Good report and presentation skills.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation at short notice.
  • Good team player with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
